Step 1: Place your preorder

Orders open Monday–Friday for the upcoming Sunday delivery. Don't miss out on our limited-edition designs crafted with passion!

Step 2: Order deadline

All preorders must be placed by Friday at 6:00 PM. Orders close promptly to allow us the time to carefully select and prepare each beautiful arrangement for a perfect Sunday delivery.

Step 3: Choose your unique arrangement

Each arrangement is designer’s choice, meaning flower varieties and colors will vary based on what is freshest and most beautiful that week.
All designs are created in our signature garden-inspired style and finished with a pearl detail.

Step 4: Enter delivery details & checkout

Provide the recipient’s information, delivery address, and an optional gift message, then complete payment to secure your preorder. We make gifting and personal indulgence simple and secure.

Step 5: Stress-free sunday delivery

All arrangements are delivery-only and will arrive directly to your door on Sunday, making your weekend brighter without any extra stops. Just pure floral joy!

Important notes: preorder only & ordering window

Remember, all flowers must be preordered online; we do not accept same-day orders. Our ordering window opens Monday–Friday, with a strict deadline of Friday at 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed for the following week’s delivery.

Availability is based on weekly preorders; your order is guaranteed only after checkout.

We pride ourselves on our convenient and reliable Sunday delivery service. Get all the details about when and where your beautiful arrangements will arrive, ensuring a delightful experience.

Delivery schedule

All arrangements are delivered on Sunday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. While we strive for efficiency, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed as routes are organized to serve everyone promptly and fresh.

Delivery areas & fees

We proudly serve St. Charles County with transparent delivery fees calculated at checkout based on your address: Lake St. Louis – $5, Wentzville & O'Fallon – $7, All other areas within St. Charles County – $10. Delivery is available within St. Charles County, or an additional fee to other areas (only taken on a case-by-case basis).

Important delivery notes

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible. If the recipient is not home, the arrangement will be left in a safe, shaded location when possible. Because flowers are perishable, we recommend someone be available to receive your delivery during the 10 AM–2 PM window to ensure optimal freshness.

 

Please note that flowers and containers may vary slightly based on seasonal availability, but we always maintain the same style and size, guaranteeing the quality you expect from The Petal Bar.
