Frequently asked questions

At The Petal Bar, we believe in fresh, seasonal blooms and a straightforward ordering process. Below, you'll find answers to the most common questions, helping you understand how we bring beautiful, garden-inspired arrangements directly to your door.

How does your weekly ordering and delivery system work?

All bouquets are preorder-only, ensuring every arrangement is fresh, seasonal, and thoughtfully crafted. Our ordering window is Monday through Friday, with a deadline of Friday at 6:00 PM for Sunday delivery.

 

Orders placed after this time will be processed for the following week. 

After selecting your arrangement, provide delivery details and complete your payment.

 

Deliveries are made on Sundays between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with delivery fees based on your location: Lake St. Louis – $5, Wentzville / O’Fallon – $7, Other areas in St. Charles County – $10. Enjoy your fresh, whimsical flowers!

What kind of flowers will I get? Can I request specific colors or types?

All arrangements feature seasonal, fresh blooms. You may request a preferred color palette or style, but exact flowers are based on weekly seasonal availability.

Where do you deliver, and what happens if no one is home?

We deliver Sunday 10 AM–2 PM within St. Charles County. If no one is home, arrangements will be left safely when possible — please include delivery instructions. The Petal Bar is not responsible for flowers after delivery. 

What if I need to change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Orders can be changed or canceled until Friday at 6 PM. After that, all orders are final.

Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your order or event date.

Custom Orders
We do our best to match requested colors and styles, but flowers are seasonal and availability may vary. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar bloom of equal or greater value.

Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled by Friday at 6:00 PM prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Because flowers are perishable and prepared in advance, cancellations after this time are not eligible for a refund.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.

Flower Care
Proper care is important to keep your flowers fresh. Once an order is picked up or delivered, The Petal Bar is not responsible for damage due to weather, handling, or improper care.

Event & Pop-Up Services
Event bookings may require a deposit to secure your date. Final details and balances must be confirmed prior to the event.
